The ongoing archeological dig on Anderson Township Greenspace continues this summer. Visit the ‘Turpin dig” project at the site on State Route 32 and Clough Pike (10 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays only) from June 2 to June 22. Use the bike trail parking lot next to the Speedway for parking. Warmer weather is on our doorstep. With this, Anderson Township announces its 2025 paving project contractor, John R. Jurgensen Paving Company, will be starting road repairs in early June, weather permitting.  The first step in the several-part process is removal, or grinding, of the existing surface of the road. Work has begun on a series of new sidewalk links along Wolfangel Road between Delas Cove and the new Cross Creek subdivision (near Towerview Drive). A segment on Clough Pike, between Wolfangel Road and Clough Chase, will also be constructed. Be alert for construction crews and slight travel delays in this area, especially on Wolfangel Road.
