Stuff the Medic This Season

During this holiday season, are you looking for a place to give? The annual township effort called Stuff the Medic collects toys and non-perishable food items for Interparish Ministries. The collection runs through December 6. The Anderson Township Fire and Rescue Department is collecting the new, unwrapped toys and food to be donated to the ministry in Withamsville. Calling All Vets to Annual Veterans Day Dinner on Nov. 11

The Patriot Center in Anderson Township (located at 6600 Clough Pike) opens its doors for a free Veterans Day Dinner on Tuesday, Nov. 11. Sponsored by the Anderson Township Veterans Memorial Committee, the evening includes a complimentary dinner and for Anderson Township's veterans and their guests. Elstun Trail Complete!

Anderson Township is pleased to announce that after years of planning, design and construction, the Elstun Trail connection from Beechmont Avenue/Elstun Road to the Little Miami Scenic Trail has been completed. The trail links the hundreds of households and businesses in the Skytop area of Anderson Township, as well as Mt. Recycle Your Political Signs After Election!

For the last few months, political signs have dotted the township’s landscape. After November 4, many of them will likely end up in the trash at the curb. Anderson Township is working with the Cincinnati Recycling & ReUse Hub to offer a way for all temporary signs and metal stakes to be recycled instead of ending up in the landfill. Rumpke curbside trash customers- are you recycling? As a reminder, part of your subscription for weekly curbside trash service includes a green 65-gallon, or 96-gallon cart, at no additional cost to you. That’s right.
