Public Hearing Notice Cancelled for Mayerson Company


The application for a Zone Change request in Case 2-2016 Anderson, for properties located at 1339 and 1357 Nagel Road, and a portion of 7970 & 7954 Beechmont Avenue (Book 500, Page 121, Parcels 1, 5, 61, 62, & 63) (consisting of 9.533 acres total) from “B” Residence to “DD” Planned Multi Family has been withdrawn by the applicant.  Notice is hereby given that the public hearing for Case 2-2016 Anderson, scheduled by the Anderson Township Board of Trustees on Thursday, December 15, 2016, in Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road, Anderson Township, Ohio 45230, at 6:00 P.M. has been cancelled.  The application was filed by Neal Mayerson Ph.D., President, The Mayerson Company, on behalf of Anderson Township Board of Trustees and Three Gen LLC, property owners.
