Anderson’s first Ride and THRIVE!

Anderson’s first Ride and THRIVE! Bike Ride is scheduled for 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 2. The 3-mile round trip ride kicks off from the pickleball courts at Clear Creek Park and continues about 1.75 miles along the Little Miami Scenic Trail and back. Riders of all ages are encouraged to attend.

Ride and THRIVE! is sponsored by Anderson’s WeTHRIVE! Committee. The event will promote bike safety, teach children about hand signals and trail etiquette, and will also feature historic sites along the Little Miami River. Child-size helmets will be given away to the first 40 children at the event through a grant from the Ohio Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics’ “Put a Lid on It” program.
