Water Works Pop-Up Customer Service Event Planned at Library on Tuesday, Sept. 15

Have questions or concerns about your water service? A Customer Support Pop-up event sponsored by the Greater Cincinnati Water Works is planned for Tuesday, Sept. 15 at the Anderson Branch Library. This is where you can get in-person customer support to ask questions or resolve concerns such as payments, payment assistance programs and work order requests from the Greater Cincinnati Water Works.

The event runs from 10:30 a.m. to 2 :30 p.m. at the library, 7450 State Road.
